| | Objectives | - This program intends to analyze strategic financial decision making and its potential impact on companies, focusing on emerging markets' specific issues and practices and their introduction into globalized markets. It starts by discussing methodologies to analyze and understanding economic environments. Later, it delves into a wide range of corporate decisions grouped in three large categories -(i) relationships with investors, including equity cost and structure determination; (ii) company valuation, M&A and corporate turnaround in emerging markets, and (iii) corporate risk strategic management. The program's analytical model seeks to improve decision-making processes and value creation in the volatile setting that prevails in emerging markets.
