IAE intends to emphasize the involvement of students’ families. To that end, it periodically invites spouses to tour its premises and to learn about MBA program dynamics, for family support is instrumental for students’ success.

The decision to embark on an MBA program does not only seek professional and technical improvement, but it also –and foremost- involves an opportunity for personal growth. Thus, program participants are encouraged to fully understand that their shared efforts will benefit their entire families.

Sponsors’ Days – Professional Growth and Career Planning

Sponsors’ Days are organized to help program participants realize their potential in their companies. At these events, IAE’s EMBA heads meet with students’ managers, supervisors or mentors to exchange ideas on program expectations.
