Classes unfold over a four-month period. 

IAE's PDD Program comes in two formats to respond to current executives' needs:  

• Once-a-week classes, or
• with an intensive schedule, with one full-time week every month.

The following editions have been scheduled for 2011:

• PDD I: April 11 through August 2
• PDD II: July 4 through November 28
• PDD III: August 9 through December 7
• Intensive PDD: August 1 through November 11

Classes start with an introductory session, followed by team meetings for participants to prepare the case studies scheduled for the week. Class participants have lunch at IAE -an opportunity to engage in friendly interactions. Throughout the day, four general sessions are separated by breaks and team work.

Additionally, program participants are expected to devote approximately fifteen weekly hours to material analysis and reading assignments.
