| First Compliance and Best Practices Network in Argentina |

The Center launched in June 2010 the first national Compliance and Best Practices Network addressed to all those practitioners who on a daily basis face the complex problems that arise in the implementation and follow-up of compliance programs. So far more than 50 practitioners from leading companies have joined the network and its activities.
Through bimonthly workshops on specific topics, the Network’s members count with a platform from which to exchange experiences and openly discuss key critical issues and problems of the field.

| Towards a national and regional Compliance Officers Association |

In the near future, the Center intends to constitute a formal Compliance Officers Association that would involve as members all those practitioners that develop activities in Argentina and the rest of the region. The lack of regional professional associations like the ECOA in the U.S. or the European Corporate Governance Institute in Europe motive us to set up our own formal organization that will in a proactive way promote the interests and concerns of all those professionals committed to these issues.
