Furthering our work

At IAE, we work every day to Train Leaders for Society. We believe this task is instrumental, and we know we are not alone in this endeavor –we rely on the contributions made by people and companies as well as our thousands of Alumni, who make a positive difference in their work environments. A significant challenge facing IAE today is, first, securing global recognition as a business school with outstanding knowledge and expertise on emerging economies, focusing on Latin America. Second and more important, IAE strives to enhance private and public leaders’ education, strengthening their ethical calling and service orientation to remedy regional shortcomings.

A long-term educational project hinges on primary issues that need to be addressed thoroughly to ensure long-lasting, fruitful choices. We are focusing on the future, on our continued growth to create new knowledge to drive positive changes in society and to enlighten generations to come. At present, the world of knowledge is able to transform societies, helping them advance towards greater development and progress. Education holds the key to culture, and business schools have a unique opportunity to create new knowledge and to convey it through research studies, books, publications, papers, classes, seminars and lectures on currently relevant topics.

The importance of knowledge for business competitiveness and, therefore, for economic growth is equally undeniable. By providing new competitive advantages, knowledge supports wealth creation and economic development. Indeed, we are counting on our entire community to move forward in our growth project in order to further our efforts to support and drive the emergence of leaders who rely on integrity and education to rise above future challenges in a world of quick-paced changes.
