| | Objetives | - The purpose of this program is to provide the tools and theoretical schemes required to promote CREATIVE attitudes for broad INNOVATION in new products and management practices, breaking away from established paradigms to maximize value creation and engaging both customers and suppliers. This approach will enable participants to develop an overall approach to R&D, Engineering, and Industrial Engineering activities, in order to, in coordination with the marketing area, deliver new products, processes and services. Thus, companies will be able to build a sustainable competitive positioning based in innovation and design, focusing on consumer benefits and sustainable development.
