| | Objetives | After several periods of intense merger and acquisition activity, there seemed to be some peace and quiet. They were short-lived. Mergers and acquisitions are back in the spotlight. This course discusses how to create value through business mergers and acquisitions, and how to plan, manage and orchestrate a growth strategy based on company purchases. To assess the true value of M&A business contributions, this course delves into the study of the most widespread techniques to determine the cost of capital. It particularly focuses on discussing available solutions to tackle emerging markets’ specificities. |
