MODULE 2: Managing with Control Panels and Balanced Scorecards
Modern strategic elaboration processes consist of guidelines requiring less formalities and ongoing feedback to constantly adjust plans to new realities. Adequate defintion, implementation and usage of the Control Panel and Balanced Scorecard may be a true core element in this process. Through case analysis and virtual simulation, participants will develop their own monitoring and management control tools to learn:
