President  This program has been designed to help participants face challenges associated with uncertainty, ongoing innovation, organizational transformation and globalization. Its underlying theme is Leadership, for modern organizations require interactive leadership. Success is not only based on individual drive, but also on collective strengths combined to build effective teams and organizations. The PDG program offers a unique experience that unfolds on three different levels to enhance participants’: -          Organizational knowledge –the program reveals how organizational systems and processes influence people in organizations. -          Ability to work in groups –the program relies on the Case Method, used by the world’s leading business schools and distinctive for its systemic approach to team work. -          Self-assessment by means of optional 360° and Myers-Briggs-based evaluations. Program contents include knowledge and intertwined perspectives on strategy, leadership and transformation through ongoing change to help participants gain a better understanding and leadership position in their business and amidst globalized economy conditions. Classes address functional issues, such as general management, marketing, operations, H.R. and control topics, highlighting also economic, ethical and social settings that exceed single organizations. The program challenges participants to engage in “second-tier thinking” –i.e., thinking about how each individual thinks. The Program’s initial stage provides an introduction to all topics in order to build an overall context. Its second stage focuses on the more operative issues, while its third stage delves deep into strategic and environmental matters.
