Objetives
My PAD experience started with my decision to rise to the learning challenge; after going through that process, results clearly offset my efforts. For those of us in top management, combining reflection and action, with a knowledge framework, yields significant changes –both in the way we think and face everyday problems. Going back to school held a strange pleasure: solving, with theoretical knowledge, everything that challenges us in business practice, renewing our committed reading on current issues. It was an adventure that I enjoyed beyond the pressure to deliver. Certainly, IAE’s academic environment and broad vision add to PAD’s overall revitalizing experience.”

The Value Brand Company

The curriculum includes interrelated knowledge and perspectives on strategy, leadership and transformation to help participants understand and lead their businesses more effectively amidst critical economic conditions demanding unusual approaches to hold strong positions in domestic, regional and global markets.
Classes tackle functional topics, such as Strategy, Finances, Marketing, Operations, H.R. and Control, emphasizing as well organizations’ outer economic, ethical and social contexts.

The PAD’s first stage offers an introduction to all the topics covered in the program in order to provide and ensure background knowledge. Its second stage focuses on more operational issues, in order to pave the way for the third –and final- stage, which delves into strategy and environmental topics.

RESPONSIBILITY

Once certain goals have been accomplished, once skills and sound judgment have been proven, after accumulating enough experience, senior executives face a crucial challenge in their careers. How can they further their growth? What new achievements should they aim for? What past experiences are relevant, and what should they learn for the future? At this point, leadership can make a key difference for company and personal development.
