IAE’s Top Management Program (PAD) relies on the case methodology used at leading business schools around the world. This method provides a systematic approach to teamwork.

The program unfolds in three stages, guiding participants through the process of organizational evolution, developing a suitable company vision, formulating strategies and offering the tools required for renewal.

The first stage –Top Management Challenges- seeks to appraise organizations’ environment and to anticipate their future, breaking down the current agenda for each functional area. Participants analyze the strategic vision required for competitiveness, justifying the need for change and strategic keys. This stage features five days of total immersion at IAE’s Pilar Campus.

The PAD’s second stage –Conceptual Schemes- focuses on company mapping, based on core notions and responsibilities. Class participants analyze company progress in the application of functional tools for individual area changes, providing the necessary resources to pursue corporate strategies.

During the Program’s third stage –Managerial Action- class attention zeroes in on managers’ virtues and capabilities to lead companies into the future. The need for permanent change is justified. This stage features five days of total immersion at IAE’s Pilar Campus.
