Company Management participates actively, along IAE, in all Stages.

1. Analysis of Needs:
Jointly, IAE and company management detect training needs in the organization during an intense process of core objective and basic content elaboration.

2. Design:
The educational proposal may focus on a specific area or require the inclusion of several areas. In coordination with the company, Program contents, duration and core issues are determined.

3. Delivery:
During Program execution, through active methodologies to yield highly involved participation, a close collaborative relationship develops between attendants and Faculty members.

4. Assessment:
Systematically, during and after the Program, there is an ongoing analysis of results involving attendants, IAE Faculty and Company Top Management
