Page Content Overall workshop goals: who is it for?
This workshop has been designed for CEOs who have just started serving in that capacity or practitioners who plan to reach that position in the near future or who are viewed as likely to hold that position by their companies. It provides an opportunity for them to:
-
Reflect on their responsibilities and roles as CEOs;
-
Discuss a theoretical scheme for CEO responsibilities and roles;
-
Analyze, based on that scheme and experiences shared by other CEOs (through case studies, guest speakers, survey findings, etc.), their performance as CEOs with a view to adding more value to their organizations and to further safeguard their organizations' continuity;
-
Enhance their personal and professional agendas to serve as CEOs in the future;
-
Build a network of peers to exchange insights, concerns and ideas.
-
Anticipate future challenges.
