CEDI was launched within the connections and development strategic initiative, aimed at creating a community of learning and action for IAE and companies’ mutual enrichment and seeking to contribute to Latin America’s development and integration into the global world. CEDI is formed by IAE Faculty members and business leaders of both local companies with international presence and multinationals operating in Latin America.

CEDI intends to be a space for promoting innovative initiatives derived from understanding the most relevant managerial challenges, in a frame of cooperation between the organization and the School.  

1. To provide IAE with a local, regional and global business perspective to enable a better attainment of its mission, as a service to organizations and society.
   
2. To cooperate with IAE institutional development and strategic projects.
   
3. To give to CEDI businessmen members the opportunity to interchange viewpoints and experiences and delve into management issues of primary interest.
