Considering the increase in the number of Alumni and the suggestions submitted by Presidents & Secretaries, the Alumni Board recognize these work groups as valuable connection factors within the Alumni network, since benchmarking links may be created among Alumni, according to activities, special interests, hobbies, business, social and/or cultural relations, horizontally strengthening the vertical bonds within the community.
We propose the following work scheme.

Work Commissions and Interest Groups will be formed by IAE Alumni seeking to enliven the Alumni network. |

Each group will present a plan to the Alumni Board detailing:
- Mission
- Objetives
- Work scheme
- Relation with IAE academic areas
- Relation with Alumni community. New alumni.
- Alumni reunions and events likely to be held

| 3. |
IAE will provide physical space for each group to hold their meetings and will e-mail information to the Alumni community and publish each group’s news on the website and the magazine if considered appropriate. |

IAE will gather information on these work groups through the academic areas so as to prepare working papers. | |
